Jesus Delgado (he/him) is an esteemed leader within the Latino community of Morehead, KY. After recognizing the lack of organized support and the challenges faced by immigrants and first-generation Americans, he committed himself to changing that. Dedicated to advocacy, representation, and meaningful change, Jesus works to ensure his community has a seat at the table and a voice they are empowered to use.

As a MoreLove Multicultural Chair, Jesus has fought for the representation and empowerment of marginalized communities. Bringing strategic leadership and lived experience, he works to break down barriers that keep people from accessing the resources, support, and opportunities they deserve. He collaborates with fellow members to advance equity, inclusion, and sustainable growth, ensuring MoreLove remains a force for change.

Beyond his advocacy, Jesus is a passionate environmentalist committed to preserving the natural world for future generations. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, he developed his deep appreciation for nature through his experiences as a Boy Scouts of America troop member. Whether camping, hiking, or backpacking in national parks or embracing the thrill of skiing in the winter, he finds inspiration and renewal in the outdoors.
