Eli Banks (they/she/he) is an Adult Peer Support Specialist providing compassionate support, primarily for LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent people. They are the founder of You Deserve LLC, a nonprofit that advocates for equitable healthcare for queer and trans patients. 

Raised in Appalachia, Eli merges their political science background with lived experience to drive positive change. They are excited to bring these skills to their role as a MoreLove Trustee and member.

Eli is a parent of twins. Drawing from these experiences, they serve as Peer Support and Media Specialist at Twiniversity, the world’s leading support network for twin parents.

Eli finds joy in Pokémon, Broadway, and comic books and is a member of First Baptist Church in Morehead, KY, a church where everyone is welcome.
